I was born and raised in the City of Rostov-on-Don, Russia. I graduated from College in Russia with a Civil Engineer Diploma. I have been married for 13 years and have a 12 year old daughter. In 2001 we moved to the United States of America.
I decided to get a new profession in Dentistry and graduated from Central Florida Institute. I had been working as a Dental Assistant for 4 years and then my husband advised me to continue my education in Dentistry. In 2009 I graduated from Saint Pete College with a Degree in Dental Hygiene.
I really enjoy my work because I have a chance to help people to keep their smile or be able to smile again!

Theresa Rodeghero, Dental Hygienist
I am originally from a small town in Ohio where I was raised on a farm. I was introduced to dentistry at a young age and started working after school at a local office doing odd jobs. I fell in love with the whole aspect of helping people and although throughout my life I have ventured out of dentistry I always found my way back. I have been working in the field of dentistry for over 17 years and more recently decided to attain my license as a Dental Hygienist so that I can continue with my love of helping others. Helping people that were once afraid of the dentist or believed that their teeth were doomed is beyond gratifying. I am currently continuing my education, working to attain my Bachelors degree in Biology.
I moved to Clearwater in 2001 and love that it sunny almost all year round. I have two children, my daughter is 6 and my son is 5. The three of us love to adventure through life and travel. We are constantly on the go and always finding new fun things to do, including the beach, sporting events, camping and so much more.
I look forward to meeting you and helping in whatever way I can to improve your oral hygiene.
Nicole Osika, Dental Hygienist
I’m originally from Brunswick, Georgia but have lived in the Tampa Bay area for 13 years. I sort of fell into dentistry when I moved here and I’m so glad I did. It was a passion I didn’t know I had. I was active as student secretary for the state and went on to become a delegate as well. I have enjoyed playing a large part of the Back to School Care Fair each year.
I am married and have two beautiful children, Hunter and Savannah that keep me busy. We spend our weekends at the beach, going to concerts or just barbecues with friends. I love learning new things and am very happy to work for Clearwater Family Dental where they are all about cutting edge dentistry.
I was born and raised in Hungary where I graduated as a dentist in 2007 from the Semmelwel’s University in Budapest. I moved to the US 9 years ago. I worked at Dr. Paul’s office as a dental assistant before receiving my dental hygiene license in February 2016.
In my free time I love staying active, going to concerts and traveling. I’m very excited to build my practice at Clearwater Family Dental as a hygienist mainly because here I have access to the most up-to-date, modern and state of the art equipment that allows me to fully utilize my skills in dentistry and provide the best service for our patients!
