At our Clearwater Florida dental office – Clearwater Family Dental – skill and compassion go hand in hand when providing exceptional patient care. As a dental professional, I stay up to date on the latest advancements in dentistry in order to provide the most current treatment options for my patients.
As a Dentist, I recognize that my patients are unique individuals who have placed a great deal of trust in me and my team. That is just one reason why I value each and every patient relationship. – Dr. Theresa Rodeghero

Dr. Theresa Rodeghero, DDS is Dr. Paul and Ginger Rodegehero’s beloved daughter and protege.
Dr. Rodeghero grew up on the family farm in Morrow, Ohio and as a teenager played soccer and participated in 4H showing animals. She graduated high school at 16 and went to work in her parents dental office as the front desk manager.
In 2001 she moved to Clearwater and managed a local dental office. In 2013 after having two wonderful children, she went back to school and got her dental hygiene license and rejoined the team here at Clearwater Family Dental.
A few years later, Dr Theresa, along with her family, decided that it would be beneficial to the practice for her to go back to school and get her dental degree. In 2019, she completed her Master’s in Medical Science Degree and started dental school. Dr Theresa graduated dental school from LECOM in 2023 and came back to work and apprentice with her dad, Dr Paul Rodeghero here at Clearwater Family Dental. She now runs the practice.
She has since completed her safe mercury removal (SMART) training from the International Academy of Oral Medicine and Toxicology, Holistic Dental Education from Judson Hall and has started her implant fellowship with Implant Educators Academy. She currently resides in Palm Harbor with her children. In her spare time she enjoys watching her daughter play volleyball and son play soccer, as well as gardening and attending to her goats and many chickens.
Ginger Rodeghero is our Clearwater Family Dental Practice Manager.
Ginger and and our founder, Dr. Paul, met in high school and married in college.
Not only has Ginger been a wife, mom and homemaker, she has also kept the Rodeghero’s Dental Pracitices running like a Swiss clock.
Ginger’s passion for helping Clearwater residents and tourists have better health is obvious when you meet. Her deep knowledge of the industry and the various services they provide is encyclopedic. Her care for people, patients and their staff is contagious and she has been the true heart of our practice.
At Clearwater Family Dental, you will find yourself feeling like you are in an extension of your home. The reason is simple, it is the way Ginger lives and operates. Anyone in her vacinity in need of help will soon discover this to be true.
INSURANCE QUESTIONS: Another benefit of having someone so very knowledgeable about dentistry is the wide breath of knowledge Ginger has on the subject of Dental Insurance.
As we can all agree, Insurance is anything but simple. She and her team are able to quicklyl help patients figure out what and how much can be covered by Clearwater Family Dental, or any other practice for that matter.

Dr. Grace Garcia, DDS is a family practice Dentist who graduated from West Virginia University School of Dentistry. She is a member of the American Dental Association, the Florida Dental Association and the Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Honor Dental Society. She completed her undergraduate studies at USF in Tampa where her family is located.
While growing up in her native country Colombia, she noticed how some of her loved ones suffered tremendously with low self-esteem due to their poor dental conditions. This was partly because not everyone had access to dental care and others had high dental anxiety which kept them away from visiting the Dentist.
These earlier experiences became her main driving force to pursue a career in Dentistry. She strongly believes that fear of the Dentist should not keep anyone from visiting the Dentist and achieving their dental goals.
Dr. Garcia thinks a person’s smile is one of their most beautiful attributes and everyone should have the opportunity to enjoy good oral health. Her main priority is to understand and help them achieve their dental goals and maintain their oral health through consistency, trust and compassion. She loves long-term relationships with her patients.
Dr. Grace was actively engaged in numerous activities to help the underserved communities during her time in Dental School.
These included a Dental Mission Trip to Guatemala, the Mission of Mercy in Washington DC and the West Virginia Special Smiles annual event where she promoted positive oral health practices and dental screenings to special needs children.
During her free time, Dr. Garcia enjoys exercising, spending time with family and friends, and learning new recipes to cook with her little sister.

Dr. Vinh Dang, DDS was born in Vietnam but moved in 2002 with his family to Tampa, Florida which he calls home.
He received his B.S. in Biology from the University of Florida, M.S. in Biomedical Science from the University of South Florida, and obtained his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Nova Southeastern University. He then went on to complete his Advance Education in General Dentistry Residency at East Carolina University School of Dental Medicine where he graduated With Distinction. He is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, American Dental Association, and Florida Dental Association.
Dr. Dang found his passion for dentistry when his own father needed dental work yet could not afford it due to his recent emigration to the United States. A local dentist healed his swelling and alleviated the pain for his father at a fraction of the cost, helping his family tremendously.
To give back to his community, Dr. Dang has made volunteering a large part of his life. Two distinct memories were when he volunteered hundreds of hours at the James A. Haley Nursing Home during high school and his mission trip to Jamaica where Dr. Dang and his classmates treated over 1,000 patients who did not have access to care. Over the years, he has serviced others with any opportunity that was presented to him such as Give Kids A Smile or The Colgate Bus, where he and other dentists provided dental treatment to over 700 underserved children. He also volunteered at various shelters and Ronald McDonald Houses whenever possible.
In his free time he enjoys outdoor activities, playing team sports, and spending time with his family. He is an avid foodie and loves to travel.
Last but not least, Go Bucs!
